Born in Munich, she studied in the master class for stage and film design with Axel Manthey and Klaus Zehelein at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Since she received her diploma in 1990 she has been working as a freelance artist, and stage and costume designer in the fields of theater and musical theater. Most recently, in 2019 she designed the stage sets for “AURORA“ at HAU1 in Berlin in a production directed by Adrian Figueroa; “last park standing“ by Ebru Nihan Celkan at Schauspiel Stuttgart, directed by Nuran David Calis; and “Die Verlorenen“ by Ewald Palmetshofer at Residenztheater in Munich, directed by Nora Schlocker. She worked with Robert Lehniger at Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, where she developed the stage production “faust to go.“ DAVOR is her second collaboration with Robert Lehniger.
