In the discourse format “Lab of NEW Return” the moderators Raoul Mörchen and Leonie Reineke will introduce the composers and production teams of the world premieres of the Biennale 2020/21.
Sociologist and publicist Heinz Bude will be a guest speaker.
There will also be a reflection on the time of the Corona pandemic: Is the caesura of no longer being able to play, work and perform for months a point of NEW return or are all efforts only aimed at returning to the status quo? What is the significance of digitization for the arts and their relationship to the audience? What remains after the smoke has cleared over the rubble of the social landscape?
